Lovely
We have ordered three charms from Nutcracker Jewelry by Incentives. All have been of very good quality - detailed and no tarnishing. The photos clearly show these are flat charms and not dimensional/rounded (and hollow) like other Nutcracker charms offered elsewhere. The photos do not do the charms justice - even better in person.

Disappointed
I have ordered Nutcracker charms from this company for several years and have always been pleased. This year my granddaughter has been chosen to dance Clara....a really big deal in her life, so I was looking forward to giving her the ultimate Nutcracker charms. I was so disappointed in the Clara charm...VERY small, very thin and nothing distinguishing about it. I am frankly sad to give it to her, but I cannot find another. I may return it and give her a round charm with the date and character on it. And it was not inexpensive.

I am disappointed with this charm. It is thin and looks like it was “pressed” into the Silver. For the price I think I could have found a more substantial charm. I will be searching for another Clara charm for my granddaughter who is dancing the role of Clara this year.
